Austin Jackson
Primary Therapist - North Campus
“Austin is a steady leader and strong influence with staff and students” – Previous Supervisor
With six years of progressive experience at Telos across multiple roles, Austin has developed a deep, enduring commitment to relational, strengths-based care. His decision to pursue a master’s degree was not incidental—it was driven by a clear conviction in the Telos model: that lasting change is built through meaningful relationships paired with clinically effective, evidence-based intervention.
Austin brings a well-rounded and immersive understanding of the treatment process, shaped by hands-on work in residential settings with both adolescents and young adults. He has supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, substance use, learning differences, and trauma—gaining both breadth and depth in his clinical perspective.
His approach is both structured and deeply human. Austin integrates skills-based therapeutic strategies with a consistent focus on each individual’s inherent strengths, helping clients build practical tools while also fostering confidence, connection, and personal ownership of their growth. He understands that real change happens not just through technique, but through relationships—and he leverages both to help clients move forward in meaningful, lasting ways.
