Anthem House

Anthem House, a smaller transitional living environment

Most students complete their Telos experience through Anthem House, a smaller transitional living environment within the Telos program that offers increased independence and lighter structure. With a limited number of students, Anthem House provides a supportive setting where students can practice the skills they have learned in treatment while preparing for a successful return home, college, work, and adult life.

The Telos Anthem House is a small residential home located in a family neighborhood approximately one mile from North Campus. Designed as a transitional step within the Telos experience, Anthem House allows students to continue strengthening the progress they have made while living in an environment with greater responsibility, increased independence, and lighter day-to-day structure. Families and students benefit from knowing that the support and safety net of Telos remain in place while students practice applying their skills in more real-world settings.

At Anthem House, treatment becomes increasingly practical and focused on preparing students for long-term success. Four key life domains become central to continued growth:

  • Academics
  • Vocational Development
  • Life Skills
  • Leisure Education

Students are given more ownership over their schedules, responsibilities, and free time, allowing them to practice healthy decision-making, time management, and independence while still receiving guidance and support. Because Anthem House remains intentionally small, the experience can be individualized to meet each student’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals for the future.
